Whether you’re running an errand across town or exploring a city far from home, getting there should be easy. Learn how to ride with the Takesh app.

ORDER A PRIVATE DRIVER
Order a taxi

STEP 1.Create an account

All you need is an email address and a phone number and your medical assurance card or driver licence. Also you can request a ride from your browser or from the Takesh User app. To download the app, go to the App Store or Google Playstore.

STEP 2.Enter your destination

Open the app and enter your destination in the Where are you going? field next. Tap to confirm your pickup location and tap Confirm again to be matched with a nearby driver.

STEP 3.Meet your driver outside

You can track their arrival on the map. When they are a few minutes away, wait for them at your pickup location.

STEP 4.Check your ride

Whenever you ask a private driver with Takesh, make sure you get into the right car or with the right private driver by matching the license plate, make and model of the car and the private driver's photo with what is provided in your app as well as the OTP code provided to you. Takesh private driver can only be requested through the app, so never get into a car or whose vehicle or private driver identity does not match what is displayed in your app.
